The Opportunity

We're at an inflection point. After years of organic growth, we're ready to scale strategically. We're looking for our first Business Squad Lead—someone who can open new markets, build client relationships, and drive their own business unit within Nightborn.

This isn't a sales job. It's an entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to build something meaningful with the backing of an established, profitable agency.

The Mission

Launch and grow a new business line at Nightborn by identifying a market vertical, signing the first clients, and orchestrating delivery with our delivery teams. You'll own the full cycle—from opportunity identification to client success.

What You'll Do

  • Explore & Validate: Identify and validate a high-potential market niche (HealthTech, FinTech, PropTech, Manufacturing, …) through rapid testing cycles
  • Hunt & Close: Build your own pipeline through outbound, networking, and partnerships. Close SaaS/App projects in the €10K+ range
  • Discovery & Scoping: Understand client business challenges deeply and translate them into a coherent product roadmap with our Tech Leads
  • Own the P&L: Be accountable for your business line's profitability. Target: secure consistent revenue flow to sustain a dedicated squad
  • Scale & Build: Once validated, structure and potentially recruit for your dedicated squad to scale the vertical

Who You Are

You're not a pure salesperson chasing commissions. You're not a PM who just wants clean Jira boards. You're a hybrid—someone who can pitch to a CEO at 9 AM and brief a squad at 11 AM.

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a high-paced environment
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, no-bullshit attitude
  • Tech Fluency: You know what an API is, why MVPs matter
  • Sales Appetite: You're not afraid of the phone, cold outreach, or hunting for opportunities where others don't look
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a strong plus
  • Location: Belgium
