• Mastery of Composition: You are obsessed with "beautiful" layouts. You have perfect command of the golden rules: alignment, whitespace, grids, and visual balance.

Figma is our headquarters. We don’t just use it to draw; we use it to build. We expect you to have a solid grasp of:

• Auto Layout Mastery: You know how to create responsive components that behave like real code. You understand padding, gaps, and constraints.
• Component Architecture: You are familiar with Variants and Properties. You know how to build a component once and reuse it everywhere.
• Design Systems Literacy: You understand the importance of Styles (color, typography, effects) and Variables. You don’t just pick colors; you use the system.
• Prototyping: You can create interactive flows (Smart Animate is your friend) to test ideas and present them clearly to founders.
• Tidy Files for Handoff: You take pride in organized layers and clean naming conventions. You design with the developer in mind, making sure the "handoff" is seamless.

🎯 Your Mission

As a Product Designer, you are the agency’s visual "Swiss Army knife." You juggle the rigor of Product Design (UI) and the creativity of Branding, with the ability to switch between different graphic universes depending on the project.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

1. Product Design & UI

• Prototyping: Design modern and intuitive web/mobile interfaces (Figma) by translating functional requirements into high-fidelity screens.
• Systems: Create and maintain simple UI Kits or Design Systems to ensure consistency.

2. Branding & Visual Identity

• Brand Guidelines: Create or redesign visual identities (logos, typography, color palettes) adapted to very diverse sectors.
• Creative Flexibility: You know how to adapt your "signature" style. You can produce a sober, corporate design in the morning and a bold, "pop" identity in the afternoon.

4. Team work is the best !

• You will work closely with Team Leads and Developers to build together your project. Daily updates, transparent communication, team meetings, you will never walk alone !

3. Sales Support & Communication

• Pitch Decks: Transform raw sales presentations into convincing visual assets (PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote) to help our clients sell or raise funds.
• Marketing Assets: Create visuals for social media and the web.
