# Nightborn
> We find the right thing to build. Then we build it. Nightborn is an outcomes-oriented product studio in Brussels: your external CTO and senior product team for startups and scale-ups. The tech and the design serve one thing, a demonstrable business result.

The most important decisions are almost never technical. They come down to blunt questions: what do we build now, what do we cut, are we heading the wrong way? With AI, shipping fast has become a commodity, and everyone ships quickly. What we sell is the probability of building the right thing at the right time. We stopped selling front-end and back-end days three years ago.
## How we work
- **Workshop first (4 hours).** We arrive prepared, with data analysed, competitors studied and hypotheses written. Output: an aligned problem statement, defined success criteria, and a PRD. It is what stops you building the wrong thing.
- **Builds (6 to 8 weeks, €10K to €50K).** Discovery, prototyping, development, continuous QA. A demo every Friday, no exceptions.
- **Full handover.** Code, documentation, internal team training, and the sales and onboarding processes around what we built. No subscription, no lock-in. What we deliver is yours.
- **€50K cap per build, on purpose.** Above that, hypotheses pile up too fast to make educated decisions. We would rather sequence two builds with clear success criteria than run one sprawling project.
