  • Position: Talent Acquisition Intern
  • Languages: fluent in French/English +Dutch
  • Location: Brussels (Central Station / Sablon)
  • Start Date: September 2026 preferred (flexible)
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Type: Internship (on-site)

🎯 Your Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Nightborn’s growth by attracting and recruiting top-tier talent. You will work closely with the founders and team leads to support team expansion while enhancing our employer brand and candidate experience.

Your work will have a direct impact on Nightborn’s evolution: every strategic hire strengthens our ability to innovate, tackle new challenges, and accelerate our growth. Bringing exceptional talent on board is essential to making Nightborn a place where creativity and excellence thrive. This is a role with a real impact on the team and the future of the company.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

  • Source candidates on LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
  • Write job ads that people actually read (and click!)
  • Evaluate candidate profiles, determine their potential fit, and manage interviews efficiently
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-ups
  • Improve candidate experience and employer branding
  • Support recruitment communication and HR tasks
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
  • Work directly with founders & team leads to build the dream team
