🥊 Your key responsibilities

As a Medior Developer, you will be a pillar of the team, responsible for technical execution and developing junior talent:

  • Client Projects: You actively contribute to the entire project lifecycle (from conception to complete architecture) for our clients.
  • Code Quality: You take the initiative to improve code quality within the team and implement best practices.
  • Junior Mentor/Coach:

    → Provide Technical Advice, Debugging assistance, and conduct thorough Code Reviews.

    → Actively train and support junior developers in their learning and growth.
